Abstract
The concept of minimal invasive dentistry in paediatric dental patients can be defined as the preservation of healthy dental structure until their exfoliation time. For achieving this goal, assessment of individual caries risk of the children should be evaluated and also optimal caries preventive measures and remineralization of early lesions should be performed. The children shows more cooperation with the dentist compared to the ones having conventional treatments in minimal invasive dentistry, as the local anesthesia is not required and tooth preparation is not carried out for these techniques. Minimal invasive approach should be preferred in all caries risk groups of children starting from primary dentition.
